I purchased a second hand 2month used Lumia 710.I am new user of windows phone. I wanna know about the sim card we use in this phone. can I use same sim I am using on my other phone or have to but a new one? please help me out of this.

I have been using this beauty for over two weeks now.
Yes in this phone
We cannot share files using Bluetooth
There is no file manager and usb mass storage option
and so on....
I know all these limitations before buying this phone.They didn't bother me that much.
I have seen android phones in almost every ones hands these days.
I wanted to have some OS that is more elegant and stylish and different.
So I went for WP.
Now I am enjoying every bit of my experience with this beauty.
Battery backup was a bit of issue when I bought this phone.
Soon I sorted out that people tend to use this phone more than what they normally do during initial days as this OS feels fresh and needs some getting used to.
After one gets used to this phone,it becomes better.
That's what happened to me.
Also you can disable some apps that run in background from settings menu which will give better battery backup.
Recently with wp8 features leaked out,wp7.8 users also may get Bluetooth sharing functionality,usb mass storage,multi select feature and new camera UI.
So get ready folks.
Please do not post anything bad about WP without even owning a windows phone

I am using this phone for past few week Pro's 1) price 2) you are getting WP 3) battery life 4) life time sky drive
Con's
1) No internal phone book
2) Sound qualities pathetic
3) Personalization (Ring tone, SMS tone, Email tone etc.)
4) vibration system (Its vibrate only ones while ringing)
5) you miss call blocking (i think they pay by service provider for not having it :(
6) camera quality is bad even they having 5 MP + single camera
i thing it is WASTE

AnonD-39026, 24 Jul 2012Please Lumia &10 users how can i use mp3 as ringing ton... moreFriend u cant just use any mp3 file as ringtone.Understand it 1st.Use a song cutter software(mayb windows movie maker) convert it to .mp3 file.Then save it in a folder in pc and the folder in zune.Later when u copy dat song bfor copying press right click on song press edit and set genre as ringtone.Then save it to phone and then u get it as ringtone :-)

Nba sparsh, 24 Jul 2012Plzz sugst i should by it or notHi bro.This is a truthful advice from a lumia 710 as well as a samsung galaxy s2 user/owner.If u want to get lost in the crowd with another android phone then dont go for lumia/windows phone coz a few problems like no bluetooth transfer(though lumia protects it from virues so no bluetooth),or hd games and no free apps much etc.
But if u wanna loook differnet in the crowd and want a better fb or internet xperience do go for lumia 710.
