It would be good if WP7 didn't have so many limitations that manufacturers have to cut down on specs. This is basically the WP7 equivalent of the Nokia N9 but the screen resolution is reduced, probably doesn't support NFC and no 4G. I read the article about dual core. I guess there isn't any need for it at the moment because it runs fine but that means there can be more features they can add. Also I hope that they allow more apps to be open at once in the multitasking screen. Maybe even add a third homescreen (swipe left) for something...
