hi folks, i m usin dis phone 4 last 8 months.
i hav 2 tell u dat dis is awesome fone. I just had updated my firmware & it has became really fast n it givs u incredable experience of internet. its sound will roc u,but u hav 2 hear by headphons,screen clarity n camera r perfect.

Well it doesn't look like magnetic ditrubance, it's only colours for me. And it happened only once or twice after i tried some full-screen programs... If it doesn't stay after a restart, it's nothing serious. Unless it happens every time you get out of standby mode... If it bugs you, update your software maybe...

hey dio i have a n72 and when the phone is in standby and i press any button i get a kind of a slight color change or magnetic disturbance on my screen...very similar to when u press on a lcd screen...
Is this a serious problem pls help....

Don't expect 10mpx Canon camera with Carl Zeiss lens quality shots, but they aren't that bad... If you are skilled in taking photos, then you can make some pretty good sharp clear shots with no noise...

What happend to YOU ? I didn't understand what you said. Who's dido ? What's a badlight ? How is volume indicator associated with battery indicator. Please, take some time thinking what you have been trying to say, use translators if you're not got at english...

I THINK I had this problem once or twice. It shows a little line or a few of pink or whatever else coloured lines or something. But they were gone after I restarted the phone, dunno what that was...

You don't need to adjust anything, it's just supposed to send them. Maybe there's a problem with the operator, or the SIM ? Check the message center numbers too...
To Jones:
Maybe your phone is off or locked ? Or you're using Windows 98 or something ? Maybe drivers didn't install for some reason. Just go to connection wizard and follow it as it says, everything should be fine...
To satyajit:
Don't keep ANYTHING in the phone memory (except phone book entries and messages if you want). It should be empty if you want good performance. Delete the songs from the Phone Memory, or anything else that might be taking up space...

It is a good one but to day one of my friend had sent me some songs .After recieving three songs a message appeard with no memory .so i changed my memory setting to memory card .Then i don't found that three songs and there is nothing in my messaes folder but in memory details i found 14 mb in message folder ..so what happen can any one give me suggestion about this issue.

i hav bought new nokia n72 gold n blakc model .it has got problem but frm where i bought they are telling it not a problem ..
problem:- when fone is in stand by mode and u press ny key it shows some mix color or magnetised color..............
Any one who bought ... please check if they are facing same thing or not ...

n72 is a nice handset but it lacks volumeindicator after charging is complete please help me how to increase the volume of battery charging indicator when charging is completed. also "dido" help me how to use torch during badlight.my problem for auto lock has been solved if any body want it can be downloaded through net.

well for those whose in need of this phone the n 72 i'm glad enough to tell you my experience on it ... its not such a bad phone as some people have said ... even though i don't use it anymore i still have it in working condition ...
the design of the n 72 is pretty neat but a bit bigger in size as some people don't like there phone being bigger but this helps u texting with this phone a little easier and fun ... keys are very easy to use and fun for texting sms ...
the symbian installed is a bit slow on responding its the truth but not that slow maybe u should update ur firmware online and it will help the phone to respond a lil faster so update ur firmware ...
the camera quality is very good but my memory slot cover broke about 4 months ago so u should be careful not to damage its memory slot cover on the side ... the sounds are very very good but u can hear the mp3s and the radio with much more quality if u listen to those using a headset ...
the camera cover didnt give me any kind of faults when opening and closing it for this long ... battery life is very very good and the time it takes to be recharged is very little ...
the memory card u use must be 512 mb if its a bigger size i cant guarantee u that the phone wont get slow specially when using 1 gb ...
the screen quality and brightness is some what good in 256 k but it should have been better than that ill give 8 out of 10 for the screen quality specially when playing videos full screen ...
it does support many games and applications that can be downloaded ... bluetooth option works fine and fast enough even transferring data through usb is fast enough ... 3g aint available in this phone thats one big mistake from the designers ...
in the end i gotta say that this aint such a bad phone but i can see a bit weired prize drop down in the market , if u get it for a fair enough prize go for it u wont regret buying it ... i give 7 out of 10 for this phone ...

hey guys...nokia N72 is very good...
the only thing is tht its has a 2 megapixel camers..but the snaps in my mobile r of very bad quality.....
is tht the prob. with anyone else....
