the nokia N72 is a great phone!!! but i think nokia should start maiking phones with the ability to lock messages or put a code/password on it when wanted,and also with the features they(Nokia)make.and that would make the perfect phone!!

I would first let kartik know ,, my buddy ...sony is awesome i agree but the support u get in iNdia is horrible and the quality of phone varies.. I agree the sound is awesome .. but the Reliabilty is a Huge Q mark... I used carry P910... and their service was so absurd.. i ditched it....
N-72 is pretty good, i would not say its awesome ... but its good... its got everything.....and at an above average quality

It's a bundle phone, don't ever think also 2 buy this, It's full wastage of money, Only the thing U'll see gud in this phone is it's resolution of display & rest of all it's horrible.
It's seems 2 b the modified model of Nokia 6680 and Listen this is full flop so the company has also closed its production. So my suggestion is that dont go for this, try any other Model.
Even U can Try Sony Ericsson's Walkman Series they are Music Machine the only competitor in Nokia is N91 Just go for a full demo Of the W-Series in Sony Ericsson it's open Challenge U cant ignore the Unbeatable Bass & treble Quality.
Even In The Clearer & Crisper Image Quality of the Sony Erisson's Phone Thats B'coz They supported by & backed by the Software & harware of Digital Cams.
Hope the Suggestions will help U little bit.

I want to use the 'Hands free" of 3250 with the N72 is it possible to attach.
How is the sound quality and loudness offN72.

it a bad phone its picture clarity is worst,its
sound clarity is very ugly and dull(mono),,i think 'SonyEricsson' phones are the best phones
which are having excellent digital sound and picture.i always prefer 'SonyEricsson' phones(W550,W810,W850,W700,K750,K790,K700,all)

AAC FORMAT-80KBPS(2.1MB)--60KBPS(1.7MB)
compresion of three times
it is very good quality similar to mp3 quality--even on headset--i have tried it myself
OGG FORMAT--64 kbps gives mono sound but it heard nicely on externak=l speakers
benefit--6mb song is converted to just 0.7mb

currently I'am using a N72, 7 I'am satified with all its functions but I'am just not satisfied with its speaker.I request Nokia to improve its sound's quality &........
I suggest the customers please the phone before paying .......

It doesn't support S60 V3. V3 is supported only in Symbian 9.x . N72 has Symbian 8.1

i hve n72 as tapan jst go to setting and then go to orginal phone settings it will ask u a password jst type 12345 ur cell will get restart and then aftr tht u can see ur miss call list any more question call me on 9821153895
