Its a phone with most features. Cool to use and stylish. As compared to older phones like 6600 or 6680 , this phone is way above in performance. I am really impressed with this phone.

The phone is good camera is good similar to N70 and it has got 3.5 mm jack audio converter cord which comes with the box. Its a descent phone to own...

IS 3.5MM JACK AVAILABLE IN N72...else is there any provision provided in the box to do so?

HI friends,
I am planning to buyu N72, but in gsmarena reviews it is mentioned that the slider get looses soon and stop functioning and phone is having poor display and slow in processing, is it so please teel me so i can switch to other option.

Can someone who owns the phone tell me if the lens cover is too loose as they say in the review???

These 2 models are almost similar,N72 has more polyphonic,EDGE and PTT, while W700 has HSCSD, infra red and a little bit more camera feature besides no autofocus.
N72 is a smartphone, while W700 is not a smartphone => if you don't need/use smartphone than you can directly choose. Because the consequency of smartphone is slower than nonsmartphone.
For music and camera quality, it's better you check by yourself because the taste is very individual. I hope,you have friends that use them so you can directly compare them.
Or I hope,in this gsmarena forum there is someone who ever use both of them.
You can also ask your question in W700 forum.

i used to be the nokia user but now i switched to SE,bcoz due to high prize and low features,they never made any stand to hit some new features in their mobile,N series is an awesome series but over size and heavy weight,i think SE r much better than nokia sets every company has its own cashet but sorry nokia i m not convienced

Can anyone help me out i want to purchase N72 but when i had read the review i am a little confused.What is 3G and is there any problem with its memory.How is the sound quality.

Sorry to say your review is not right, i m using this phone from two weeks and i have no complains in fact its a great phone also its design, its better than N70 because it hang to much it has bad design. GSMARENA this time u r not right.

hi there guyz.... man i love the style of this phone n planning to buy... but i read gsmarena`s review.. they stated that it has a poor slider and is pretty loose n sumtimes opens by its own.... secondly it said that display is poor and third it said it has a cheap shine on it n finger print marks are visible.... can any one of u tell me whats is correct n what is wrong ....

regardin ur slider problem just switch off n on ur phone it will start workin
it happenz wen u fidle with the slidder like a small kid

Ive had this phone for about 2 months. Suddenly the slider function on the camera has stopped working. Usually I would have considered Nokia a reliable brand, having owned them in the past, however after this incident, I am strongly discouraged from buying again

P990i is not the same class compare to N72 and if you look at the price than sure that P990i must have better feature, ability and performance than N72.

All of them are smartphone. N70 and 3250 are older than N72. N72 and 3250 have similar ability,but you must look at the camera quality in compare with N series,however they have same specification.
N72 has fewer memory internal and not 3G in compare with N70. (This is the same case as with SE W700 and SE W800, W700 is newer but lack of autofocus in the camera).
Depends what you need and which feature that you want.
I mean if you don't need 3G why buy 3G phone or if you never use smartphone why buy smartphone (because non smartphone has faster response) or if you never use the camera why buy cameraphone (or you can accept if the camera is poor quality).
So if you give more detail information on what you need; our friends in gsmarena forum can give you better advies.
