My mobile is getting a problem now a days..when i send a message frm my mobile it shows "text message already in use".but if i resed it will show success.also most of the times if i send message to multiple recepinets,it will fail.can anyone help?

I am so grateful for your customer service. I have nokia N72 with an unusual problem just a month from the shop. These days when I turn it on, it displays a blank bright screen and remains like that. Hence I cannot access the menu. How do I resolve this problem? VINCENT EMILY. TANZANIA.EAST AFRICA

Its a nice phone. U can get all its function if you can handle it well. i.e knw hw to browse. 90% ok

Damn slow fone, small keys no 3G; just install winamp player so u can use it as a music device...else 2 out of 5

To RESET N72. switch off phone.Then hold the green button,star button and '3' button all together and switch ur phone on.The phone will format itself in the background.
