Hey dorji, your 2nd problem WAS my problem also. Whenever i used to recieve a file from a bluetooth device the other user had to receive 2 virus msg. from me. These viruses cannot be detected even from latest NORTON antivirus. The only solution is to format the Memory card and it will be all right from then. And I think these viruses are also aiding in deleting those videos in your phone. SO JUST FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD AND SOFT FORMAT THE PHONE MEMORY BY USING *#7370# and you will be all right.

I install a new memory card 1gb.when i take photos it didnt shows in the gallery.But memory shows the use.

hi everybody i m a N72 user.it was good phone until i use only 128mb memorycard.but when i bought 1 gb card i installed many a sofwares N themes but i soon came to knew that they are decreasing my phones speed so i uninstaale them but still the phone is verry slow specially while opening music menu and gallery..the phone memory is almost free..still........ i have even made a format but still... i came to knew about *#7870# but somebody said me that the will left with no warranty so im not doing this neither this step can be reversed.... pls help to make the speed faster as i m in problem.. any application almost take 30 sec to open so pls help me as soon as possible.. i shall be greatly thankful to u..............

hi i purchase the nokia n 72 from ma own country nepal,,and i like the model very much,,,but somehow the camera automatically stops when i am trying to snap some pictures it happens all in sudden,please help me,,is this virus that its causing?
