good day, i bought this phone last OCTOBER and since day 1 i havn't had any good news about this phone. it freezes up, the paint as evryone says comes off,volume control button broke within the first 2monthes and its just not a good phone.

The phone is pleasing to the eye and it's very user-friendly. The internet browser is fast and the mouse-feature is very useful. The musicplayer holds many features and has a very good sound quality. A big plus is that you can use your own headphones without the need of an 3.5mm audioadapter. However, the phone gets very easily "soiled" with fingerprints and the batterylife is average.

Hi all
I work in a phone store In Australalia and i know that nokie will fix any paint that has peeled off aslong as they can tell it was not peeled off by your self.
I know that is what they are doing in Australia, I'm not sure about the rest of the world.
But speaking as a custoemr now this is one of the best phones I have ever had

gratz, 27 Jun 2008this phone looks great at the first time, but after i use ... moreI have that problem too with the paint chipping. Lucky I work in a phone store in AUS. Nokia will fix the paint under warranty because they are chipping faster than what is considered normel wear and tear

To Inessa: Yes you have the option to have the fone say the caller's name when you get a call.
I have been using this fone exactly a year now (got it last summer) and I have to say it's a good fone with its ups and downs.
Pros:
-like other Nseries I really like the lifeblog which with my laptop's bluetooth I can put up pics online really quick.
-Music on this fone is really nice too, especially you are able to manage the music player with the fone closed. And also it has a jack for you to listen your music with your own earfones.
-the mirror, when the outside screen is not on its a mirror. I can't remember how many times girl ask me for my fone to use the mirror =)
Cons:
-like others have said, this fone despite it has a 'classy' look, with close inspection its kinda look like its made with cheap plastic/material. The silver 'chrome' wears off over time and you can see the white basing underneath. And it can wear off with just putting in the pocket with keys/coins. Over the course of the year I have dropped my the fone numerous (like when getting off the car), and although its still working, the casing can easily fall apart at times and you can see how the shell is just a snap on.
-Camera, it's only 2 mega pixels and no auto focus, BUT, I have great success taking pictures when using the 2 second timer which achieves the same effect. Or you just need a steady hand.
Overall this is a really good fone I will recommend for light-medium usage users and a great gift for a girl friend(black for guys, red for girls or other way?). Mirror is very useful and the overal look of the fone is just an eye candy.

It depends in what you needed in a phone this phone is good in performing with music.But in camera and in web just satisfactory.If you want a cheaper camera phone here is Sony's k800 and in the internet phone department we got the e51.I'm planning to buy an n82 overall is excellent except with the poor battery life.

can some1 tell me all the virus that may occur for all nseries.. im planning to buy 1 of nseries.. and pls tell which among the n series is virus free phone.. if not the least virus free..thanks

The n76 is'nt good with the internet that is the disadvantage,it gets hot and it really drains the battery........... it lasted about 2 hours with browsing....... but with music its great....

this phone looks great at the first time,
but after i use this phone around 3 month,
its peeling like hell. my poor n76 :(
