I bought this phone a months back, the processing of the phone is really fast, but the phone lacks build quality. My phone has been swaped just coz the chrome chipped off and facing the same prob again. I keep ma phone in the carryin pouch always & still facin the prob. Any suggestions how can i keep ma phone safer????

the phone is great but there is a problem with the silver parts that they pill off my phone did & i saw others also that have the same problem & the phone n76 is not cheap i paid 3000 egyptian pounds for it

If your concerned if your wall paper will fit the whole size on your phone's screen, why don't just make your wall paper as your theme. It's very easy to do. Just go to ownskin.com and create your own theme. Go visit the site and you'll know what I mean...enjoy!!!
And oh, regarding this phone, i have one and my advice is put it in soft (vey soft) pouch since it's a finger print magnet. Use the pouch as a tool to wipe off you fingerprints/dirt :)

This phone does look quite nice in black from far away; but definately not up close because of the cheap plastic used. Encounter a lot of different problem with this phone. Nokia definately ruin an attractive design!

well i really don't mind if it wears off easily... i just wanna know if it is like 6280 that when you use your pic as your wallpaper does it occupy the whole screen or it's just like 6680??,,, pls answers my question,, thanks you very much,,, c",)

just like Bruce said the paint wears off for both colors.. its nice but alot of problems what what most noika have.. think about it if you really want to buy this phone.

I got this phone for lesss than 2 month.
and I've send bck for repair twice.Just couldnt understand why this phone looks ok but so much problem.

i have been wanting to purchase this cell but a lot of friends who are using this handset have told me that there are lots of problems in the handset. even the body of the handset got spoilt right in the first month. the paint n all started coming out. if anybody is using it please do let me know if the hanset is successful.

i regret buying this phone. i only got it 2mths ago and it keeps shutting off by itself. no use sending to nokia service centre because its still the same. plus the silver coating peels off easily.i hate it im gona sell this stupid hp for samsung u700.

This is alright not bad as N95 but Now i prefer Sonyericsson They have some GREAT COLLECTIONS with supereb quality. I have to agree with hesh's comment DONT EVER BELIEVE NOKIA's COMPETITION coz its just a way to promote it's products. They always give prizes to slected regions & countries. This time they decided to give N76 to Italy not to other countries. Not a single phone to AUSTRALIA or UK. i also noticed that suddenly people came from nowhere & selected as winners. LETS STICK TO SONYERICSSON n teach nokia a good lesson.

Hey guys & girls,
Guys dont write comments after buying the phone & unpacking it. Use it see you'll find things like freezing, bugs, battery problems. If you know about technology stuff then you know how to get rid of it temporaly. If not i feel sorry. SPECIAL dont buy N95 my friend bought & now he hates it. I wanted to buy that too now i dont know what to buy. I'm thinking of Sonyericsson's W960. it looks SOO COOL.laters
