Is there two versions of the N76? As in, one that is not spring loaded and one that is actually loaded? If there are actually two versions of this phone, what other differences are there between the two versions?

this phone is really hard to open with just one hand, and you cant rally stick your thumb through the side like all the other flip phones. when i compare this phone to my brothers razr its thinner but its alot bigger in shape.

A lot of people are comparing this phone with Motorola models. Does anyone knoe which Motorola phone this handset closely resembles? Also, specifically motorola flip phones that are a close match to the N76.
I do like this phone and I've always liked Nokia phones over motorola's, but the 2 HOUR battery life SUX!!.. If there is a motorola that does exactly what this handset can do, only better, then I may be pursuaded to try a motorola phone..

I've been waiting for this phone since last year and when I saw it in the mall I bought it right away! I love the design, the features and I think the only feature missing is the capability to use wi-fi. So far the phone is working good and have met my expectations. Thanks nokia, it really is an elite phone!

this phone is amazing except its hard to push the buttons. when i was fixing all my contacts after my thumb was flat. other then the buttons this phone is good but the camera isnt that great and you can only take picures with the button on the side which is kinda hard sometimes.

i have this phone now for 2 months and im very obssessive about my hardware it peeled off the chrome paint and the materials used are poooor quality plastic go nokia and learn how to finish a phone from motorola

I got this phone nearly as soon as it came out. I loved the designs just not the keypad. I hate razars. Well sometimes my phone do restart but not very often..

i really do love this phone its like a little mini laptop in your hand everywhere you go. features are great, when somebody rings you it actually tells you who is ringing so u dont even have to look at it!!!messaging is easy and if u dont have enough signal it resends it every 3 minutes. very sexy looking i really do love it.
although when i listen to music through nokia earphones it doesnt sound loud enough, if i plug different earphones in only in one ear i get good quality music and the other one is quite. has anyone else had this problem?
btw does anyone know what kind of signal booster i'd need in my home?i live in UK and network on orange. any kind of help would be great pls

the black version is extremely sexy and woman n men or anyone in between will look god using it. the red's a little cheap looking. and looks like it's meant for 30 year old non-married self-obsessed women. i would take the black anytime. n im glad they fixed the spring thingy for the phone. opening is not a hassle as compared to the previous prototypes where it's difficlut to flip it open.

Great phone! By far the best phone I've had as to what becomes to the features. Having had quite a deal of phones in the past, I've come to know what I want from my phone (obviously this is a question of preferences). Having had browsed sites and given a go for many phones in the shops, this one just stand out of the rest by and far. Obviously not everything is the way I'd want it to be, but then again in such a case I'm sure I needed a phone individually designed and made just for myself...
Pros:
- Great looks
- Good, solid construction
- Slim
- Great Display
- User-friendly as Nokias are
- As a clam-shell the main display is being protected
Cons:
- A bit too expensive.
- Could be easier to open and close.
And for you children who keep commenting about it being a plagiate, I'm sorry I don't know a nicer way to put it: Go home and grow, and stop making fool of yourself here. Everyone keeps plagiating everyone else in some sense. And that's for everyone's advantage. I'm happy to have a slim quality phone. Wouldn't be happy to have a bulky user-friendly phone, neither a slim piece of crap... If there hadn't been plagiating, there hadn't been more than one manufacturer of mobile phones... Or perhaps you want the different manufacturers to be so afraid of plagiating each other, that we the consumers could get so outstandingly "original" mobiles that we weren't even able to use them...

It is a good looking phone. Features are OK.But it restarts very often particularly during video play. can any other user say is he/she facing the same problem?

its keypad is copy of motorola....but has a very sexy look,good for females
