i bought one from barcelona. now i am in london, and this phone receives free to air pal tv channels, without paying anything. its amazing. i thought only dvb-h signals can receives but i was wrong. i can watch free tv channels of every tv station in london.

The reason Nokia comes up with phones with 240 X 320 pixels resolution rather than 352 X 416 pixels is simple...it is easier to get compatible software for the more standardized lesser resolution. I have an N80 (352 X 416 pixels), the phone's simply amazing but it drives me crazy when I need some software for the phone. Everyone is still just planning to come up with software for the higher res phones. :( If u have a phone with 240 X 320 pixels and 16 million colors then u have a phone with a great screen...clear and non pixelated, but if the screen has the same res with 256 K colors then the images would be rough.

Nokia doesn't knows what they are doing at all. they are just doing 240*320 pixel screen instead of d one used on n90. even the n95 has this bad resoulution. is like d one dey did in resent years on s60 v1 and v2

to andy burgin.my friend even n95 domt make real 5mx pictures.every camera in market make better pictures from mobile phones.so open your euys-i have n73 when i compare my first canon 2mpx model whit n73 and n95 i see haw miserable arepicktures from mobile phones.my opinion is that prises for all mobile dvices are to hay.about tv reciever i"m very sceptikal about battery live,becouse I have portable mini tv "neo"-chinese.display is 2.5" and work whit 6 battery -rechargeble nimh gp2100mah about 4ahrs.so ask yourself haw longer will watch tv on this phone whit just 1battery 1100mah.madpanas

Does N73 have DVB - NO
Does N73 look good - NO
N77 is a TV phone - not camera
N77 is for watching TV with DVB reception. not taking pics with a 3.2MP carl zeiss camera .if you want that buy N73 or N93
the choice is up to you .dont mess this forum up comparing the 2 .

The N73 was the best phone Nokia had made for ages i have it for 9 months an its really reliable,the N77 buttons should have ut on the N73 as alot of people did not like the size of the buttons on the N73,Nokias put only a 2 megapixel camera on the N77 but put the Dvb for Tv an hope the flash is alot better i will wait for a review of the N77 to see if its worth getting
