rnr, 18 Oct 2008hi ppl.. i got an n81 yesterday.. i hear its importantant t... moreGoto Settings > Utilities > Memeory Card. Select options and cloose "Format Memory Card" option. It is very simple process.
Yes, it is obsolutely necessary to format meomory card before use.

When I upgraded my phones firmware to V20 Ngage trial games in the older version vanished. I found the trial games application exe and co-files from memory card through file manager but there should be a link that initiates this game, If this could be done, we will be still able to use the games bundled with V11 firmwire in spite it is upgraded to V20.

then I'll buy a hometheatre connected to N81 via A2DP bluetooth anyway rather than just N95

my phone is N81..and if ur planning for a louder speaker .i suggest you to buy n95 than n81..

Hey i m usin a n73 white nw(music edition) n now i m plannin for a change. i m mainly focusing on music,wi-fi' loudspeaker sound quality n the speed of the fone since i dnt like slow fones. Can sme user plz tel me abt its wi-fi ability [like can i use PROPERLY for msn n browsing websites] n which fone is better suggested, n81 or n81 8GB [mainly for the speed when the fone is loaded]? 1 more thing tht i wanted to knw is tht in N81 with mmc can v save the messages in the mmc like in the N73. i mean change the msg savin frm fone memory to memory card?? since i want to keep my msgs for a longer time. sme 1 plz reply.

dylan, 15 Oct 2008what is the use of wifi and symbian???WiFi is wireless internet connection so that you can surf to the internet using your phone just by sitting in the WiFi area (restaurant,cafe,office,school etc)called hotspot
most of hotspot are free cost
symbian is operating system for mobile phone to be work the same as a computer
so you can add any applications on to
it used by nokia,samsung & sony erricson phones

radkrish, 15 Oct 2008did we keep wallpaper for full screen and can we change the... morei curently got 1 n81, everythings was fine , the wallpaper cant be keep in full screen but just between the clock n the menu option.quite alot of themes can be search tru the internet but some of em cant reli work properly with symbian's phone.the sound quality doesnt have a big difren with other nokia n-series phone, but the image quality were reli shit since its jus 2MP(the image reli disgust u when takin pic under flash).the wi-fi was alright with a max transfer rate at 200-300kbps.sometimes when trying to load a webpage with lots of pictures,the web browser close automaticaly(this is reli annoying when u r half searching somethin)

did we keep wallpaper for full screen and can we change the themes?then how is the sound quality did it overtakes sonyericsson and how is the image quality and how is the speed did wifi is ok and sufficient?
