hi guys, this is an amazing phone, its got all i want. does any one know, any site where i can download free software applications for the new nokia n81 8gb?? what basically, im looking for is, photo lock, as i wish to password-lock my personal photos, also any site where i can downloadngage games for the same. plzzzzzzzzzzz reply !!

thesedays touch screen becomes standard for smart phones... beside that d-pad isn't so good on N81... so how you can manage with your smart functions on N81?
i think SE W960 is much better choice (touch screen, bigger screen, autorotating screen,...) if you want a smart phone...
...and if you are nokia fun (and you still wanna smart phone) much better choice is N95...
...but i don't like smart phones at all (do you know how many sw updates come out for N95?!), so my voice goes to...
SE W910!!!

hi..from philippines here..its a great phone...2MP is just enuf for practical users for image sizes..picture quality is perfect..only lacks in Auto Focus..almost similar to navigator...
but overall...nice phone

I have the N81 for almost a week. The sound from the external stereo speakers are excellent; loud and clear. The battery is average but a tad better than my N95. The only flaw i found is the screen is almost not visible under sunlight or bright lit conditions. What has happened to nokia's flagship screens? I have to struggle to read sms's at outdoors. Sad but true.

So you've just bought this wonderful phone !
I have questions for you, i hope you'll be able to answer them :
How the "number buttons" feel ( they seem sensitve, are they?)
How about the battery and all the connectivities, and of course , something not to forget , the camera, the mp3 , the listening quality ...
Anyway, tell us about this phone you laready have!

i have just bought this phone and the best thing about it is i can download the whole wrestling hell in a cell match with mick foley vs triple h which is the best match i have ever seen. its far better than undertakers match. i mean pedigree through the cell roof.

2mp is the size of the image not the quality dont think is crap because of the picture size

Actually you can store 8000 songs if and only if you store songs and nothing else like photos,videos etc but just explain how many of you fully utilise 2GB only for songs (ans is no one) 8GB is more than enough for a phone

8000 songs in 8 GB...
according to NOKIA store all songa in AAC format at 48kbps... in mp3 format (128kbps), it will be impossible to store..
