Only hassle with the 81 is 3G is 2100 only not 850..
So not compatible with Telsta-NextG but since Telstra data is so expensive.. I am thinking about Optus/Vodaphone/three anyway cheaper..But less coverage..

Joey, 29 Dec 2008I heard that since the antenna on the N81 is at the bottom,... moremine dont loose signal.coz its "n81 8gb" and its autoband. not tri band,dual band,gsm......get the 8gb dude.....get best 1.not the good 1.

May buy N81 for $500Au tomorrow.
Still humming and harrring about it.
Has wifi good...large Jar size & Java Heap (only limmited by memory)...
good sound...bigger keys than E66....Battery OK...N85 over my budjet...What do you all think
