Hi At last I bought the phone. It came with firmware 10.086 installed. When I searched for upgrades it says no update available. However, I know v21.115 is out. My product code is 0586839 (India). How can I update now? I heard that I will have to change the product code..but that voids the warranty. Should I go to the Nokia customer care? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

need assist.. i want to update my N86.. Updater show that my phone can update to v21.. but problem is, when wanna to update.. the updater say software update failure..
i update trough my PC.. using USB cable.. all instrution i have follow but still cannot update to v21..
anyone, please help me.. n thank you..

lulu, 10 Feb 2010which is better SE vivaz (with HD recording) or n86?i can tell u i been using satio and samsung i8910 and n86 with night time video record , n86 is the best of all of these 3 phones, i think n86's video better than vivaz with night time video, day time abouslty vivaz looks better
