w995 comes nowhere near to nokia n86....n86 is an allround smart phone

Also the web browser on the N86 is fully flash an java enabled, the one on the W995 is not.

Hmm W995 better than N86, i don' think so, W995 does'nt have the option to install core player mobile or Divx mobile player

N86 has 8gb internal memory, plus can expand memory with microsd cards up to 16gb, also the N86 has FACE DETECTION!!, i should know as i have one

This phone comes with 8GB Card with pre loaded Movies.
Its camera interface has more features than N86 like Smile and face detection. Direct connection
Of in built Google Maps to see where you have taken the picture. Even choices in Burst mode.
Camera interface is simple and easy and looks like a standalone camera.
X PICT STORY . Try it. You will forget Nokia.
It doubles the Joy of watching your Album And then Track ID which is Unique and Magical. Try it. I won't tell you about it. It has become necessity for me actually.
This phone Does support Multitasking. Like you can listen to Music, use Opera Mini and play Games at the same time.
Screen is far Rich and Vivid than N86. Don't believe ? Go and compare or just read the review.
There are many sites where you can Download Softwares, Games, Themes etc. Even Sony Ericsson has various Exclusive or Dedicated forums like ESATO, SE WORLD, SE NSE, PLANET SE etc.
So full support is 24hrs.
Its WiFi is DLNA Certified so this phone is a step ahead of regular smartphones.
Buiit Quality is Superb whether keypad or slider etc. Go read reviews or watch YouTube videos about this phone.
You can use it as a torch haha true. LED is very bright.
When you watch movie in dark, it feels like Theatre as its Sound system is excellent with stereo headphones apart from Stereo Speakers at both sides.

Man N86 can't have it.
N86 is just a old and cheap N73 with 8mp cam thats all.
W995 is a Winner of EISA and many awards like that.

just got my n86,it has many good options,cam is great,digital compus w/ maps,fm transim.,just misses a lil biger screen and a softer nav. key

NOT any... moreYes you are right. Just because Nokia sells more cheap price handset and is number one because of that doesnt make n86 a good phone. Other companies have started taking market share. People are bore with same u.i. Etc.
Symbian hangs a lot and n86 is so ugly. Same boring design. Following same n95 pattern. Loose slider.
Its time to move on and switch to better.

When i was testing the 8.0M, the picture quality quite good. But for the sound, quite low.. I also compare the sound with my 5800, and my 5800 does produce more bang sound.. ;) anyway, still glad because got in white model. :)

does it make a sound when you take a picture? and does it have a red (autofocus?) light when you take a picture? and how effective is it at capturing (fast) moving objects? im interested in this phone but i dont know if i can leave the xenon flash of my n82 :(

listen guys, I seem to had alot of trouble with the camera but know I dont.... I reinstalled it and that seemed to help with the focus too and it is really sharp again too:)
