This phone is amazing. I think it is very selfish that nobody on this forum has offered to give me the phone as a present. Also I think I deserve a further 10 million dollars for taking the time to post this. I will sue if my reasonable requests are not met.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2009so i upgraded to v20 yesterday and what i can say from my 1... morethats exacly right about face reconition it is just a gimmick marketing tool, it really does nothing at all, so just because a normal digital camera has face recontion does not mean anything!!!!

brynn, 03 Oct 2009The e52 is having same problems with rotate screen feature ... moreI have put this in other forums in case any one has read it but my k770i has gone wonky and buttons work only sometimes after only 6 months..This is my last time with s/e as the p990i and k850 and so on were supposidly my last chance with s/e but gave in to k770 as a little carry out fone for nights out but thats it..The w995 has bad fotos and video, my xperia had bad keyboard and battery and slow..The company really are shoddy and the k750i and p900i the only decent s/e mobiles..I cannot keep wasting money on expensive devices that are poor its just not on,,i would not be as bothered but i should have stopped buying s/e 2 years ago and its not as if i got any support with my sister and many others having really bad experiances..This my experiance of s/e and others may have better luck,,i am not saying dont buy its just sony are a high quality manufacturer so why invest in a joint adventure that lowers your brand..Their are still people with sony fones were i live with orange screens and a little flip down flap still in use ??? sony should end this partnership
stop being such liar brynn..u go our forum then talk such a bad things about sony..who u think u are?? sony analyser??

if all the features of this phone are so great ,even it has been recgonised one of the best camera phones of the year 2009,
THEN WHY ITS RATING IS SO POOR...
only 7.4 , 7.6 , 7.6
i think it should be above 8 in all the fields..what do u say guys????
or are there any hidden problems or bugs with this phone for which its rating is so low!!!!!

i updated my n86 OTA on 1st, every thing went smooth, software was updated but soon after the update my phone has started asking for the net connection from the home screen for some application but dont know for which and when i press connect it remain connected for say 2-3 minutes and will disconnect and again after 15-20 minutes will again ask for connection. i am fed up of this repeat asking. can any one help me regardng this. my all the applications requiring net connection are made to connect automatically when needed.

now i got some problems...i cant copy sim contacts to my contacts...another problem is the firmware update...when i type *0000#...then i check for updates..then it shows that the update of v20 is available...then it download it...then it asked for permission to restart phone and bla bla bla...then after restart the phone..it shows that the update failed, the software may not compatible with your phone...how to solve this?

plz need some help...when i update to the latest version i face a problem with gps data . before this version when u use gps data (not the map) u can see a satellite status and connect bars even if you r not connected but after i update my phone it dissaper and shows after you connect...anyone notice this problem...cause i use the gps daily..thanks

Did my update over wifi and was all done in ten minutes.It does feel a bit nippier and video seems a bit better.Fantastic smartfone and one of the better n-series..

Surprised-man, 03 Oct 2009whoaa i also skip SE C-905 and 5800 for this beefy smartpho... moreThe e52 is having same problems with rotate screen feature freezing the fone..Maybe a batch of faulty accelerometers is to blame?? I dont use the feature on the last fones ive had cause its more trouble than its worth..
