SE always use cheap and low quality lens on their phone, even on their camera flagship phone. The proof : purple fringing (chromatic abberation) everywhere, red-to-pink color conversion, yellowish tint, etc. Those are the major problems that commonly found on cheap & low quality lens.

Thats a sorry looking phone....didnt like it, had a chance to check it out in the store yesterday....i am not impressed...And, Whats with the classic looks of the keypad?? o_O

hey guys have you seen the photo comparison between n86 and n82 here in gsmarena? its really a nice review comparing both phones...i've been waiting for a photo comparison and i say that the n86 did a really good job against the n82's xenon. btw i own an n82.

I just read the W995 review in mobile-review. W995 got a very hot criticism. They even say W995 has the cheapest 8 MP sensor on the market! Really agree!!! That shows how overrated and overpriced W995 is!!!

I live in Croatia and this phone has very recently hit the market. I think that it arrived at stores about one week ago. I am very dissapointed because all the local dealers said that silver version wont be available for an indefinite amount of time. In regard to web browsing, i have never had problems with that, maybe because i am subscribed to T-Mobile Croatia and they have the web issue well arranged, they provide an option called Web N Walk which includes 1 GB available for surfing, download, upload, e-mail etc. and all that for a fee of 14 euro monthly. And of course, it is at HSDPA speed.

i live in indonesia and i brought this phone at 1 jully 2009, my opinions for this phone is :
1. bad for internet connection, cuz with my 2 sims card from telkomsel and indosat they lack for internet connections, and when i came into telkomsel dealer they same as me know nuthin' about why they cannot setting gprs manualy, and they seem frustrated about setting gprs on this phones, and in the end i got the soory words from their mouth cause they cannot setting my phones :<
2. the camera quality is normal, not bad and not too good, the cash is too high but 8mp camera is normal
3. is heavy wight to carry, and sometimes im affraid if my phones is drop
but for gamers like me, this phone is wonderfull, but if goes for chatting application with gprs........ :(
i hope nokia can fix this before they lunch the other of N series

I have the white version and its not made in Finland I live in Finland and on the N 97 few pieces have been made here
Great phone, the numeric keypad in white is real light in color so the black will NOT be a bad option for those who dont get the white. More when I know more my phone is just 36 hours old

I have owned N73, N95 8 GB, N82 and at present I use N85, which, in my modest opinion, makes me an experienced user of Nokia Nseries branded phones. Must say that N82 ruled in terms of camera quality, mainly because of xenon flash. N82 and N95 8 GB also ruled in terms of audio quality produced by stereo loudspeakers, while N85 is far behind in that regard. I certainly hope that audio quality of N86 is improved over that of N85 and I saw on the pictures that loudspeaker grills on this phone look quite similar to those implemented in 5800 Xpresss music which has enormous audio quality both through loudspeakers and earphones.
