it's already too late for this mobile. a great fiasco like n96 was. only a very low price will save the sales of this boring model. practically,nokia doesn't change a thing at n series since old n95 was launched 2 years ago!!!! only resolution and little details:fm transmitter,led display,things that cannot challange last models from samsung and sony-ericsson. nokia is going down at high-end models. they hope to save the company with low and mid range models like 6700 wich is very beautiful

Don't belive in nokia...........Nokia is same as congress they promise bt they forgets next hours,the camara,the 8mp camera gives a problem in next 8 hours......and 16gb memory card hangs every 16th munites.............. best Samgsung/ sony/ LG

Symbian-Freak says Nokia releasing the N86 now so it should be out on contracts soon,as i am dying to check this mobile out,as there not been much available from Nokia to upgrade from the N95 8gb ,as the N85 an N96 were not mobiles to upgrade to,an hope they do not disappoint everyone Nokia as they"ve been very quite for sometime now

I really heart my N86, here are some of my takes after 2 days of usage :
- No more White Color, Nokia decide to stick with Indigo Black. Actually the real set is much nicer looking than the photo of it.
- Very nice dark silver rim frame.
- nice button to text, better than N85/N96
- camera is better than the legendary N82, its 8mp
now except no Xenon
- great photos of course
- fast operating system
- very solid built but it makes it heavy
- sound system not as good as N96, really.
- buggy Internet Browser, white screen sometimes
- i dun find any setting on Aperture despite what had been advertised about Variable Aperture
- No more Mail for Exchange download, but it is now integrated with Nokia Messaging, its a Hate/Love thing for me.
- Icons now follow XM 5800 style
- Active Stand is too filmsy for my liking
- very nice Digital Clock screen saver
- USB Charging doesnt seem to work from Computer, but am not sure if its because its my Apple running Windows. But N85 used to charge seamlessly.
- Not as loud as N96/N95 series, perhaps it was meant to be a Camera type rather than Multimedia
That's all for now.
Despit some of its short-coming, I'm loving it.
