The Nokia N86 8MP, with an f/2.8 Zeiss wide-angle zoom lens and an 8MP sensor, represents a new step forward in that specific segment. The device sports centre weighted exposure, 1/1000 sec. shutter speed, multimode flash and several scene modes with macro down to 10cm, not to mention advanced communication and location technology also this master piece sports a 28mm wide angle lens and variable aparture and a high capacity dual led flash. All these are first on any mobile imaging device. These features are as same as on any stand alone camera. Continuing a long run of success, Nokia has scored again with the N86 8MP at the annual TIPA (Technical Image Press Association) awards. Richly deserved award for another nokia phone with the other winners being , the N80 ,the N95 in 2007 , the N82 in 2008 and now the N86 in 2009.

nokia didn't put xenon on their product because they confidence with their quality of camera compare to SE almost every phone they put it because their camera sucks

apparently people think xenon flash is a must, profetional photograths dont rely on xenon flash to take good photos it all about the light (if you say just because it has no xenon flash its no GOOD, than think again,
I would prefer a mobile phone with verable appreture than xenon flash, remember they did not have xenon flash in the old days!!!!!

I agree with those that say that SE is garbage. Not a fanboy, just dissapointed with the various SE phones I've had in the past.

I have problem with my n79,my captured images are not going in captured folder(months),(album when I put in setings to go in album)on gallery,just when I go to wiew all photos. please help me I dont no what to do , I restart the phone but nothing. Before 1 week that fuction worket perfect but not now. please help me someone

Very much the same as N85 except for it's camera, plain design...nothing to shout about .. why buy 86 when it can be mistaken for 85...

i'm leaving N97 for N86 8MP, that phone is to expensive for a mediocre specs c", 599 Euro is crazy and stupid..

the fact that SE fans think that idou will have the best camera just because its 12mp shows how little they know.
have fun with your crappy idou photos, try not to get too jealous when you see that everyone else's are better!
