Desolation, 20 Feb 2009I'm sure this phone doesn't take better pic and video than ... moreI never liked the N82 ever since. I hate the design. N86 8MP is the perfect phone. Very cool design and a great camera!

n85 is better than it the only thing is it has 8mp n n85 has 5mp but n86 has only led flash n n85 has dual led flash

Very nice keypad...it's about time..but why the sliver sized send/end buttons? One would think that they would learn from the N79 on which I have to use my nail to press them.

i work in a phone store. i see phones day in day out....this really is ugly, outdated and NOKIA...software is not to be desired.i am continually turning customers away from the nokia brand,something needs to change dramaticly.nokia is fast loosing its name

Sorry but i will have to go with Samsung HD. Nokia lost all credibility with those 'no innovation phone'

THE REASON why Nokia decided not to include a Xenon flash to N86 8MP is they want to make people draw their attention to the new camera lens technology not to the Xenon flash. Again, the camera is much much much more important than a Xenon flash.

It's not expensive either. It's starting price is 375 euros. 8MP 28mm lens is much much more important than a Xenon flash. It has a dual LED of the 3rd generation class plus a large variable aperture so it doesn't need an overhyped Xenon flash at all. Style is totally new, different and cool so it's not same old style. 150g is not heavy unless you're an ant. It offers a new innovation. While bankrupt companies like SE are rushing in a 12mp camera in a phone, Nokia is not following their stupid ways. Other mobile phone companies are after the quantity of megapixels only. Nokia is after the quality of the camera lens, optics and all those stuff. Nokia is the first company to throw in a camera to a mobile phone that can challenge a DLSR.

THIS is the best NSeries phone Nokia have done so far. Metal casing and a scratch resistant glass is really classy. The design is so kewl and gorgeous. The camera lens is of high quality. The best camera in a mobile phone. The IDOU is all about the quantity of megapixels not the quality. N86 8MP is a masterpiece!
