To all others, if you go on gsm arena's recomended links on the home page and look up the n90, every one states that it has vibrate.
Nokia still havn't got back to me about an English release yet. Thats annoying. :(

It will be officially out of stores this Saturday, 23rd July. I might be able to get my hands on a set maybe on Friday. I'll let you know on key features by Saturday night. Worse come worst, I will blog here using the phone.

Maxis Malaysia which originally plan to launch N90 on 15 July has postponed the date to August.
So finger cross... hopefully we can really get it in Singapore within this week.

I'm debating something..the n90 appears to be the sweetiest phone yet. However, could anyone tell me why I should get this phone over the sony ericsson s710a..seems to be a close comparison..hmmmm! any feedback?

I would most likely be able to get the N90 one/two days before actual release date and will update on whether it truly has vibrate mode.
Currently, it has due to it's software enhancement.

I hope you guys here will trust my words. The phone has vibrate. I don't see the point of putting my message across upteen times but no one believes me. It's annoying.
I have corrosponded with Nokia officals directly over voice. And I called 3 times to double confirm.
The phone does not have wifi. Only N91 has.

I've sent an email to Nokia and they told me the N90 was due out this month, but they could'nt confirmed me that it has or does'nt have vibration...
This is getting really annoying, some people say yes, others no. The reality is that the few people who have the N90 (Michael Jerz from my-symbian.com) say it doesnt have vibration. The only one who says it has is Kelv... Kelv, you must give us more info about this. Who exactly told you this? Someone from Nokia Finland? Is this why Nokia put back the N90?
I need to really know if it has it or not before buying it!! I would be really angry if I buy it and it doesnt have!

What's the deal with the complaint with vibe mode?!?! That is the least of problems. If its that important, their are plenty of bluetooth headsets that vibrate in place of the phone..2ndly, has anybody seen somewhere that this phone had wi-fi capability?

The phone does not support 3.5mm port.
Nokia has provided me info on the phone's capability to support vibrate. Raj, hope your question on source is answered. I am the one who posted the report, not sid.

The N90 supports vibrate mode.

Yes. It is confirmed to arrive on the 23rd. I am very positive about it.
IF some crap shop tells you 2 months from now, don't be his customer.

Dear all, the confirmation that n90 has vibrate mode is a positive one.
Confirmed that the prototype had a whole new platform of user interface and nokia developers had left the vibrate feature out. I'm typing this on my mobile straight after getting news on it.
The retail version on the n90 will definitely support vibrate.
