by the time this is out in november this year, there will be something much better like nokia n95 with vga display and better quality slider design. and all the n-series will come with standard 2 gig memory and the norm will be 3mp and there will be a n98 with 6 mp carl zeis camera. and the e60i black version will be released!!!!!!!!!!

Ill agree with Julian about Nokia customers.....my first four phones were other makes...i never saw what the big Nokia fuss was about until i got a 3310...i really hadnt known what id been missing...navigating round a Nokia is effortless compared to many other makes..i swore id never leave them....until last year...my o2 upgrade was due & i was convinced to get a 02 X3 (think its a siemens but with o2 branding)....now my upgrade for this year is due & im desperate to get back to Nokia...this time i wont make the same mistake!!

to kal...to that somebody... and to all...
I'm really a nokia freak... i'm a PRO nokia and i really admire their products... they have the best strategy... best designs... most cutting edge features... and they're really the best psychologist---yes psychologist...they really know what their users want. although when it comes to quality, i guess nokia isn't the no. 1 in there... maybe they're only the second. samsung boasts phones of very high quality and expensive looking plastics... sony ericsson boasts the best screens and cameras for now-- remember that nokia N91 didn't win over SE k750i in the camera test...
motorolla boasts their durable construction..
but overall, when you sum up all the advantages and disadvantages of every each manufacturer... Nokia will still be the winner.that's why users are still sticking with nokia despite those bad features.
Nseries for now boasts the thing "quality"...that's why i could say that nokia now learns to rival with other companies with their quality..
as you remember the nokia 3310 which always turns off by itself and has creaky casing, the nokia 8310 which also turn off by itself, the nokia 3650 which has terrible loudspeaker quality, grainy images from 7650.. nokia n-gage QD's easily to be removed rubber. so on and so forth...
but now nokia learn their lesson, i've seen their solution on these problems with their Nseries... even l' amour collection boasts high quality screens...
i'm gonna revised the thing i told last time sorry i was also wrong...---
we must all accept then that customers will NOT be the primary priority of nokia... but also their profit... their customers and their profit will just be of the same relevance for them. WHY??? because a business will never prosper when their primary priority is their customers-- they would result into bankruptcy... when they don't achieve the sufficient profit, how could they now continue their business???
in short, profit is also equal to customers.

To Curious !!!
If Nokia only take advantage for itself, why we must loyal to them ?.. We are their CUSTOMER... We spend OUR MONEY to buy their product.. but check how Nokia treat us and how "GOOD" Nokia After Sales Service... then you may realize, my friend...

This is more like a multimedia player with some phone features on it.
Too big for a cell phone.
To "Curious" and "Get Real": I belive Nokia is no. 1 coz it has a reputation that its the best in quality. A great number of Nokia Users dont change brand and stick to Nokia no matter what others are providing.
The rest of the customers are floating.
