Even though it might look like a copy of N8 , judging by the photo this looks like it's not a phone that'll hit US or EU , but more likely Asia(or whatever language that is).

i think nokia will never give ram more than 256mb and also on expensive phones processer is low also internal memmory is low and about resolution it is always 640*360 which decreases the video quality
other option is os it is boring no diffrent home screns, no live wallpaper, no interferense ets
all apps first goes to android like nokia is still not having talking tom cat app which is available for andro
depend on these features i must go for android

i think nokia will never give ram more than 256 mb while in other company handsets u can see that in this budget u will get more ram higher processer and many of good features
after that the os is also boring
every 1 is going to android b'coz its working on linux kernel and have the best apps like talking tom cat, the first and original angry bird,live wallpaper, different home scrnes etc.
in nokia handsets the cheap thing is resolution, also on higher handsets u will get low resolution that will decrease the video quality

Seems like a less powerful N8, will the price reflect that? If so then fair enough...otherwise I'm sticking to what I got.
