That is what Nokia will do mostly before going bankrupt or being bought by Microsoft. Selling ultra cheap phone, that is all they know to do.
Anyway this one is a good phone because of the great speaker and cheap price. But the keyboard looks like X2 which is very bad.

WTF is happening in... moreexcuse me sire.this phone is a good toy.a cheap,low end and affordable phone.this is not an expensive phone for rich and decent people.this phone are for those who cant afford an expensive phone or let's say a smart phone.in fact,this is a cool phone for basic people.looks cheap but inside,there's expandable mem.card up to 16gb and a superb speaker.no nid to compare to expensive phones of samsung mobile.make sense dude. peace !

C'mon nokia if you want to stay on the ship with samsung, htc and apple, is better you start to build real phones.... and soon!!!!or the next step after the share with microsoft is gonna be a Chinese owner!!!! same story that happen to volvo remember? :-) first american bought it (ford) and nowadays volvo has been bought entirely from a chinese company!!!! hurry up!

This would be a best low end phone. If it's a dual sim.

Is S40 or S30?Though GSMarena reports as S30, I doubt that with 128*160 resolution, Nokia'll load the S40 Lite into X1-00.
How do Nokia integrate a music player into S30 and how good will it work needs to be seen.

I like the features vry much.Ist time memory card with tourch light in nokia. I m waitng 4 release in pak.

Now that's what I want! It's pretty simple and has a music player as well. The battery is just fantastic. cannot wait till it will be available on the market.

nice,the battery is the the same as my crappy x6 that i sold,,its spare battery will not go to waste,,i will buy this even i have a new phone,it will serve me for my musics and for calling

nokia seem 2 4get 2 put built-in fm antenna 4 dis model.. it'l b best buy compared 2 model 5030 Xpress Radio for 35EU..

All the features which I exactly needed - S30 OS (basic but functional), Memory Slot, 3.5mm Jack, Flash Light (not FlashLite), Bluetooth, mp3 player.
Nitpicks from my side: Should've had a rubberised keypad, wireless FM (GSM doesn't mention it, so pointed out, the dimensions should have been on the lines of the good ol' 1100 (am I asking too much?)
I pray that it doesn't have the niggling voice leakage problem.
But, finally Nokia seems to've woken up. Cheers!
