Nothing Ear (3) images and specs leak

Vlad, 18 September 2025

Nothing has been teasing the Ear (3) for a while now, ahead of the full unveiling on September 18. That said, if you've been wanting to take a peek at them beyond Nothing's teaser images, you're in luck as some official-looking pictures have been leaked today showing them.

The Nothing Ear (3) is Nothing's next flagship pair of TWS earbuds, the successor to the Nothing Ear. Thankfully, the company has decided to go back to numbers to denote each generation, making them easier to identify in the process.

The Nothing Ear (3) has a "Super Mic" built into the case, which can be used for phone calls according to the source of today's leak. That's a bit odd and seems like an admission of the earbuds' mics not being up to snuff, if you need an additional mic in the case to help.

Then again, if that allegedly 95dB Super Mic really is super, then it could be very helpful for content creators to use instead of a dedicated mic. Nothing has already confirmed the metal case, and you can see it better in these images. Of course, the transparent design is alive and well.

Spec-wise, the Nothing Ear (3) buds have 12mm dynamic drivers, and up to 45dB ANC. There will be support for 24-bit audio via LDAC, and an advertised battery life of 10 hours, though it's unclear if that's with ANC on or off. With the case, battery life will go up to 38 hours.

It's always the signal-to-noise ratio. The device's integrated DAC+AMP is more than sufficient for a good audiophile experience. If you add to the neutral sound produced by a respectable DAC (whether integrated, discrete, or exter...

I just checked them after reading your comment and damn they look like a steal for the price. I've tried ear 2 and it's ANC is just weak, has white noise.. Also uncomfortable, at least for me. And the transparent case is a scratch and fi...
