Nothing opens its first exclusive customer service center in India

Nothing has announced that it is opening its first exclusive customer service center in India in the city of Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is the first of five such centers that the company aims to launch this year.

The exclusive service center will host service camps for Nothing customers periodically and customers can buy accessories, care packs for accidental liquid damage, and warranty upgrade packs.

Nothing is planning on expanding its total service centers in India from 230 to over 300 by the end of July, serving 19,000 pin codes across the country. The company is also increasing its customer service team by 50%.

Nothing plans to open five exclusive service centers in five cities in India by 2023 and 20 more by the end of 2024.
