hi scott to lock the phone you have to..keep your finger on the hash button,,then it should lock.

this phone is excellent.best phone that o2 have ever brough out...it compares with all the top of the range phones..

Oh yes, the ringer volume is way too low even on LOUD, and the supplied ring tones - mp3s - are all girly one - not even a decent RING RING...

I too can not get the ICE to connect to XP pro using either BT or USB. BT connects and then drops - so that's at least 2 users with this problem.... duhhhh

Nice phone but when receiving SMS, name of sender is not display but only number. Can anyone help to solve this problem. Thank you

Checked this phone, I have major Problems to connect two different Notebooks and one PDA via Bluetooth. The BT connection always droped. Anybody here has a stable BT connection to conenct a PC to the 3G network ? thanks for help...

hello. nice phone but the message tone is so quiet and only lasts 4/5 seconds if that! i never know if a have a message if im not standing next to it! Any one know if i can rais the volume on just the message alert apart from through profiles? the incoming call ringtone is nice and loud!

The ice is manufactured by Pantech who predominantly produce flip phones. When sending something to the memory card it will first go to the phone memory. You then need to move it to the memory card manually. Ring volume is quite low.

can you use it as GPRS/3G modem
(to use internet on PC) using supplied cable

there is not a fault with the memory cards on the o2 ice, i had the same problem. mine came up as having an error but if you are putting music on it then on your phone go into gallery, sound, highlight a song that you have put on your phone and press options, press multiple select and press the silver button on some songs that you put on yourself until little box is ticked then press options again (this only works on full songs not ringtones) move to external and hey presto it should be on your memory card

sd memory card access problem,insert sd card and you cant do anything with the card the fone says momory card inserted and thats it forks.

Does anyone else get annoyed at the fact when you're sending a text and get distracted for a second you go ack to it and it's gone!! It doesnt even save to drafts or anything It just disappears!! Its sooooo annoying!

Tes nice phone but how do you get JAD-JAR games into the phone besides buying online at o2? i have tried sending a game(s) from my pc via bluetooth but the games go into'OTHER' folder so files are not recognised so they cannot be installed!

Thanks for the info. What about downloading the .jar/.jad files to your PC and transfering it to the phone...? Any one try it that way..?

to chi i just downloaded need for speed carbon 3d and pac man off of i-mode cost £7 for em both
