ok i am stuck,
i have called customer services too
when i put in pc suite it downloads and everything and opens fine then i connect the wire then the programme says the phone isnt connected i have reinstalled it and everything it just wont work! HELP! BEFORE I GO CRAZY

I have this phone it is so good and if u lost the disc for pc suite to put or get photos on or to the comp. Why not buy a bluetooth adaptor? The phone has bluetooth. Gees people these days!!!!!

my phone o2 have a problem.i have o2 phone 1 years.the problem is:when j click the answer button than telephone not working and than i wait ti recovering and than i can talk.something is not ok but j dont no what?
i ve been in service for phone but they say me no tools for this phone in macedonia.i love this phone please help me.i am from macedonia

have this phone, crashes every now and again so you have to send it to the shop to get it fixed which is pointless. o2 dont sell it anymore as its crap, wouldnt recommend buying it off ebay unless desperate

i have O2 ice and its internal memory is 32mb now it is 28 free but and in the pc suite it show empty but when i open the memory status it shows other file is filled with 2mb i want to reset this but i had forgotten its password and i m also facing problem when i open its any folder it shows waiting please help me

remove ur sim card insert some 1 else sim and insert ur same sim again

I am using O2 Ice phone.i am phasing a problem.my call log is not working.not shows any dialed call,recieved call or missed call.always shows blank.

hi! i have problem with this o2 ice of mine.it displays recovering during start-up then restarts continuously and display again the same thing...what will i do it won't open anymore. is there a procedure to format the system?

I just bought an O2 Ice the 2nd time today and I think I'm paying heavily for the craze of the phone, I was dying to buy.....
The first time I bought it from online, the handset couldn't be charged and the seller concluded that there is a problem in the circuit inside.
So, returning that handset, I bought it again, this time from a shop and found to my dismay that the this time again, the handset does not charge.
I'll get it replaced anyways, but please can anyone let me know where can I buy spare accessories, mainly the charger and Datacable and the softwares in and around Mumbai, India or from any reliable place online......

Please Help!! I need the software/driver pc suite for the 02 ice, i lost my disc and am so upset, need to take off some pictures.I love this phone & cannot connect it to the pc without the software.Please Help??
