i've got this phone for 3 years i've dropped it many times, and once time i dropped it into water around a year ago after that i have a problem wit charging battery, and battery is off when i talk just for 40 minutes, but i'm satisfied for the first, it never has any problem, and the shop that i bought they gave me many games and programs that i wanted and it always works. now i cant find any o2 center i don't wanna change my phone i used to use many brands, but i think this phone is strong enough after i've dropped it many times

i have this phone for 5 years .. but i dont use it continously.... i also encountered same problem with the screen.. most of the times its hanged .. i have to reset again and again...very weak antenna..ifg u get into a thick walled area.. u wont get any signal...hayzzzz..

I have used this phone for two years, I suffered like anything very unpleasant experience, my screen broke twice, touch panel did not work once, now charging is impossible, speakers does not work now, I suggest no one to buy this shit phone.

...does anyone of you encountered the same problem with mine, problem on touch screen/malfunction for no reason at all. i just set the alarm and then these problem occur. touch screen mal-function!!!

i have this phone for 4 yrs already base on my exp. this phone is not good it has a poor performance and its hard to find a application that will update the application and its difficult to find their service center if their something wrong w/ the unit.
i hope the company find some solution to upgrade the software so that it can compete w/ the other touch screen out in the market today because it such a waste

the camera is not working. it hangs when i try to use the camera and the battery life is so short. on standby the battery only last less than a day. and the gprs settings doesn't work

norman do a hard reset at the bottom of your o2 make a hard press to reset your phone..

I'm Using o2 atom exec also which get from my father . at first i also trying to get an service in fact my father had block some driver such as wifi. But sorry to say , after i trying to search in the whole malaysia , i had found o2 service center are actually already been kick out from malaysia few years ago.
