I have been using my XDAII for 2 years now. Great PDA/Phone! Yes, it's true that the battery doesn't last long & internal antennae is a bit weak. Sometimes it does hang & needs a soft reset once in a while. But over all, it's far better than any other PDA combined. I would like to ask anyone who is successful in using the Active Sync via Bluetooth? I have downloaded the newest version of Active Sync 3.8 Am using a Sony Vaio bluetooth integrated laptop. They see each other (Bonded) they even send & receive files vice versa. But once I try to sync (via Port 5) w/c is enabled and available, it does not recognize & nothing happens. Would appreciate if someone can help. Thank you.

The screen becomes dirty when using the phone in a humid climate. I clean mine using spectacle cleaner and a cloth. Last time some of the cleaner capillaried into the screen which stopped responding to the stylus, now I need a new screen! I was not using excessive cleaner, one small squirt! Be warned!

ordered the xda2s bout a week ago got it for £249.99 on contract from 02.co.uk, with a £19 a month contract, it came yesterday its a beutiful phone! luks the deal, but its way to expensive at the moment so i sent it bk and instead ordered the xda2 which cost me £79.99 on the same contract, i don't think the xda2s is worth £170.00 more than the xda2! So for now al play about wiv me xda2 then when the xda2i is released on contract al get that much better spec on that!!

For longer battery usage I suggest turning off the WiFi when not needed. The design and functionality of this phone beats any HP unit out there. Also, the 128M RAM is nice. Great support on the web for flashing the ROM. The standard applications/software that come with the phone are above and beyone the common user needs. Priced a bit high at 800-1000 USD!

O2XDA 2 is a great PDA phone but would it be better if the battery stays up longer than usual????....usually the battery only last within a day....
