Im having the same problem as well. I can't hear anything when anyone calls me. Though they can hear me on the other line. What seems to be the problem and how will I fix it? My screen also malfunctions sometimes. I keep aligning it every other minute. God! this phone's pathetic!

My ear piece is not working and also the speaker voice comes and goes.I am really fed up with this mobile.Can any one tell me hw to format this Cell.Really Performance rating of this mobile is -50. in my view.

i am facing problem with the blue tooth and also i dont have software cd for this mobile. i recently got this mobile with one of my friend.
Please can you help me in providing the software for this mobile. After enabling the bluetooth how to send the mp3 and videos files to other mobiles.
One of my friend is sending me so many songs and datas but i am not seeing any songs after click on recive button. plz any one can help me. I hope i will get the reply from any one who is having a helping nature

This is one of the worst mobiles I have every purchased. No service at all. If this gets problem, there is no people to service. It goes off sometimes automatically. Though phone is ON, most of the times, people say i am out of coverage. Only reason why I am still having this phone is because this is expensive and I cant afford to buy a new one.

Can I Update my Operating System to Window Mobile 5 or 6?
And How about to backup my Old Window Mobile 2003 Operating System?

This phone is nothing but trouble and very very poor Service and Support from O2 in the shops and on the phone. It takes for ever to get to tech support at o2 on the phone 30-40 min is a very common wait time.
This will be my 10th year as a BT O2 customer and my last.

@ Alizul... hey all u need to do is press n hold the power button and simultaneously press the reset hardware button with ur stylus...(the soft reset button is near the mini USB port)... this wud fix ur problem.. take care..

Please help,I am using the same phone I have A PROBLEM,while I was connecting my phone to my PC for internet purpose after installing PC suit software it ask me A 25 digit product key to use this product.please provide me if anybody knows the same.Thank you.

Hi Guys,
My phone is about 5-6 months old, and when i get a phone call, i cant hear anything from the ear piece... I can be in full service, no interference, but it still wont let me hear anything... Does anyone have any ideas on how i can fix this?
