it is a wonderfull phone i stronly recomment this (Neo) phone. I just a question is it possible to connect this phone to a bluetooth headphone?

Read carefully this is an important review about the o2 XDA
We just got to our company o2 XDA that has been sent for repair 3 times already , speaker issues (outside speaker issues) i've been trying to fix it by myself for few times now to see if the speaker is connected right, as i find myself googling i found this forum:

so many people with my problem too, i'm not the only one suddenly
we figured out that the problem is that once u play with your registration or once you plug your headset in the device locks itself on "headset mode" which doesnt allow to outside speaker to work,
very sad..
such a lovely device
go to this link and find out how many people are having the same issues, and how many tried to fix it by theirselves but could never figure out what the problem was and if they did it came back..

does this pda have a stereo speaker?

if you are a bpl user, u need to visit the gallery and they will do all the settings you require

Hi am from India and a Bpl user in Mumbai. I bought this O2 Neo in December 06 before which i was using a nokia 6600. Can any one help me out how to configure my Neo, so that i can surf the internet i have been trying desperately but just seem to not work. Also can i know where i can download applications so that my Pda becomes fun 2use

I am planning to buy the PDA phone (o2 xda neo) but i want to know if i can use my fingers to dial the number to make calls because it will be very hard for me to take out the small pen and dial the number each time. Could the moderator or anyone email me at neilano85@yahoo.com with the answer now?

Its really confusing to buy the phone after reading all the reviews.
Can sm1 give an advice to buy or not this PDA.

I completely agree in terms of speaker volume. Even a normal Moto or Nokia phone would be louder!

1. Does this support EDGE? I don't see it in the manual but online specs say so!
2. How do I check memory? I see Storage of 42Mb and Program of 44Mb. Where is the 64Mb RAM and 128Mb ROM?

hello atif,
I think you are not using Usb 2.0 for connect your O2. This problem I have faced also so please connect the device to usb 2.0 & it will work fine.

ok i know that you are supposed to kill the running programs in the memory section, but this seems a bit strange to do it this way. isnt there a proper way to quit each program so that it does not show up like this. ?

When I connect my Phone(XDA Neo) to my Laptop or Desktop computer using the USB cable, instead of it getting charged the battery power goes down. Can somebody tell me why this is happening?
