hi i've just been given the XM as a replacement for a faulty X3. Are there any games available for this? Is this phone going to have problems like the X3? I know people slate the X3 the only problem I found was not being able to send MMS. liked the look of it to. I'll certainly give the XM a good go i just hope to find other things apart than music its compatible with.

Hi tony, sounds like its a problem with the drive letters in winXP, try to go to Controlpanel/Administrative Tools/Computer Management and reassing the drive letters for ur removable storage.

have this phone, love it, BUT, does it do more than 9 seconds video recording??? i cant seem to be able to record more!!!! rest of the phone is very good ho, decent camera, good mp3 player, ok games.

hi everyone, can anyone tell me (as all at O2 seem not to know too much about the XM!)if the phone is supposed to come with a cd to sync it to the computer for mp3 downloads? i am having mighty trouble(this is my first ever phone).the computer is only recognising the internal drive of the phone and not the 256mb removable memory card. and yes i formatted the card. please i am going out of my mind!

I just bought an XM and O2 have thrown in a free DVD player. Phone is quick, and very good. Thanks O2 for my new toys.

Ellie....... the XM is light silver. Below the outer display the slants have lights that flash sever or eight different colours.

Done, new phone on the way to me. Here's hoping second time lucky, cos its annoying having to use a friend's phone to phone someone when I've my own but no signal!!

Looks like an amazing phone. I personally think that all the o2 phones are excellent. Im irish and they NEVER release them here. The only one they did was the O2-X1 and 3/4 of them were faulty!. I want this phone! Also I have one question. If I purchased an xm, (that obviously has an o2-uk simlock) if I inserted my irish o2 sim into it would it work? Panda.... take the phone back and get a new XM. You shouldn't have these issues.

Hi,
Got this phone just under two weeks ago. Agree the mp3 is great, and after upgrading from a Nokia its great to have a camera with better pictures. The video clips are only 9 seconds - could do with them being a bit longer.
Main problem I'm having though is that a can't get a signal in place that my old nokia would have perfect signal in. Also text messages don't always send and people have said they've sent me texts that I havn't received.
Its this a common problem with the phone, or do you think I just have a faulty one??
