Simoo, 18 Jan 2025Hello dear , the device is Chinese version with color os , ... moreColorOS is oxygenOS with some chinese bloatware, the only ones that aren't easy to remove are the app market and dialer/sms apps. you will normaly get data and OTA updates. It is possible to flash oxygenOS but oneplus is being evil and made it so you can't get OTA on flashed OOS and have to manually flash updates or root.

Sellers can sometimes flash a global ROM for free (as long as it becomes available).
                          It's just my personal opinion.

If I am not mistaken, in China the warranty is one year. In the EU it is 2 years by law. I also live in the EU. I always prefer and buy a global version. Yes, it is more expensive, but it comes with a factory-installed global ROM and a longer warranty. Even now when I pre-ordered 1+13 16/512 and it was with a 3-year warranty from the importer when ordering online, 100 euros discount + a gift watch 1+ 2R and wireless headphones. I had the opportunity to order the same phone, a Chinese version with a global installed OS with a 1-year warranty and 150 euros cheaper and just a phone, but in my case it was not worth it.
