Aksorada, 11 Nov 2024I really love this phone and am planning to order one for m... morethere is no powersaving cores anymore in SD8 Elite (designed for notebooks) ... all cores are for performance. Dimensity 9400 still keeps powersaving cores !

Aksorada, 11 Nov 2024I really love this phone and am planning to order one for m... morefrom early testing it seems the 9400 is a decent bit more efficient than the 8 elite they can always optimize more but the 9400 is better in this regard

generally 1m portionof antutu should suffice most of the tasks including gaming (1/3 of capacity). This shouldn't mean we always HAVE TO use all capacity. They should give us opportunity to tweak the power usage. I am totally ok with quick throttling as long as it doesn't heat or consume battery much. Even %40 drop inperformance is OK.

Does the Chinese version support NFC and esim? Funny enough on AliExpress website, it says it doesn't but their descriptions aren't always correct.

Coolieo2019, 11 Nov 2024I'm hoping the 13 is around $800 - 900. The OnePlus 12... moreI think an 899.99 starting price is fair given the spec upgrades and it being a new phone launch.

I really love this phone and am planning to order one for myself. However, I noticed in some reviews that this phone consumes a lot of battery juice in Antutu benchmark tests (10%+ for a single test) compared to Dimensity 9400 devices (6-8%). Does anyone have experience with that? And is this something that can be fixed over software updates?

The OnePlus is like the Hulk of smartphones—strong, fast, and powerful! But just like the Hulk, it has a bit of a temper, turning its display a lovely shade of green when things get heated. It's like your phone is always a little angry!
