OnePlus 13 early render shows updated camera design

The OnePlus 11 ushered in a new design language for the brand with its large circular camera island inspired by Swiss watches and classic sports cars. The camera island was then refined for the OnePlus 12 and even served as an inspiration for the OnePlus Watch 2. We now get our first render image of the upcoming OnePlus 13 which is rumored to take a different direction with its vertically aligned triple camera setup.

OnePlus 13 render

We’d advise you to hold off on jumping to conclusions as there is plenty of time before we see the OnePlus 13 in the flesh but it would make sense for the brand to switch up the design of its upcoming flagship after its past two phones featured similar designs. Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station also chimed in on the OnePlus 13 rumors confirming a revised design alongside some key specs. The next-gen OnePlus flagship will retain its 1,440 x 3,168px resolution LTPO AMOLED display and is said to offer an updated triple camera setup with a 50MP main cam alongside an ultrawide lens and a telephoto sensor.

OnePlus 13 is also expected to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 which is rumored to debut in October with an updated Oryon CPU. OnePlus 13 is also rumored to receive an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded in its display replacing the optical sensors used in the past OnePlus models.

looks like drunk meizu

I liked the round camera glass design on the 12. It's visually striking. What's shown in the render is just soulless and uninteresting.
