Recently i have been facing issues with the battery.. my phone had 22% charge while sleeping and when i woke up my phone had 2% charge. In a span of 5 hours it drained 20% with all the apps closed,mobile data and wi-fi were also turned off. Is anybody else facing the same issue? Please help its been only 1 month since i purchased this phone

Working in IT I have had to contact their support department for a couple different minor issues. I have always had great interaction with their support team. My only critiques would be with the fact that as I attempted to deal with a single issue I would recieve emails from a different tech everytime I responded to an inquiry. The only other critique would be that a number of their emailed responses gave me the feeling that the techs were not native English speakers which did create a couple interesting conversations. However, neither of these critiques translate into a negative encounter in any way.

I think you mean, the galaxy A8 (2016), which has just been announced. Between the two, nothing can be said as of now, as the A8 (2016) has not hit the markets yet. But performance wise, OP3 is hands-down better.

After owning it for less than a month here are the things I've noticed and am not happy about.
The capacitive buttons are easy to hit when I'm typing so sometimes I'll accidentally hit the back key while I'm typing and now most of you are thinking so switch to the on screen buttons well see I like to use aviate as my home screen so when I do that and I'm on the home screen the buttons go over the icons I have on the home screen..... And it doesn't look nice either.
The battery life is terrible, I find myself charging it several times a day, it's great that it charges rather quickly but for device like I would have expected better....
Reception is surprisingly better, on my previous phone there were a lot dead spots where with this I find myself having coverage in place I least expected.
Despite some of the great things about this phone it's not going to be enough for me to keep it....

As far as Battery Management, It gives me a decent 5 hours of continuous 4G use.
