OnePlus 5 and 5T now receiving Android Oreo 8.1

OnePlus has started rolling out updates to Android Oreo for the OnePlus 5 and the OnePlus 5T at the beginning of the year. Three months later and it is already time to upgrade to Oreo 8.1 that is used as a base for the Oxygen OS 5.1.0.

The update is 766 MB in size and brings the latest security patch. There are also optimizations for the Gaming mode, including power efficiency settings and network prioritization. There are also some new features for the Launcher like added category tags in the search section and auto name folders, based on category.

The OnePlus 5T will get full-screen gesture support, while the OnePlus 5 with its standard ratio display will not receive it for now. The company announced on its forums that the package should be arriving to a small number of users and if everything is okay, it will seed to everyone very soon.

but there are more bugs oos than Samsung ui . faster update doesn't mean good or stable update the camera quality of my OnePlus 5 is worst comparing to 7.0 just install OnePlus community app and see yourself.

Exactly my question too..all are stuck at beta stage.
