OnePlus 6T now available online in North America and India

The OnePlus 6T is now available online in North America and India. This puts an end to the short exclusivity of T-Mobile US, OnePlus’ partner that (along with Qualcomm) helped it get into the US market.

You can go to local versions of OnePlus.com for the US, Canada or India and grab a unit. The North American pages say “ships within 24 hours”, the India one just says “in stock”.

The Old Continent will have to wait – the launch is in 5 days. China too, you can reserve a unit, but the OnePlus 6T won’t be available for purchase until November 5.

Be sure to click that “check carrier compatibility” link, especially if you’re in the US. Besides T-Mobile, the 6T supports AT&T as well. It can get on Verizon’s LTE as well, but there’s no CDMA so you’ll have to rely on VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling (which may not be ideal, depending on the coverage where you live). The phone covers the major Canadian carriers as well.

$550 bucks for a phone that most people will change in a year if not sooner. Phones are getting too expensive in my opinion. The Oneplus One had a price for $300, its now just shy of double.

I'm not complaining, I just want to see if OnePlus changes their tagline if it reaches over 800 Dollars.
