OnePlus is recruiting OxygenOS 13 Closed Beta Testers for OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro
OnePlus introduced the Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 last week, and a few days ago, it released the first OxygenOS 13 Open Beta build for the OnePlus 10 Pro. The OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro are also eligible for the OxygenOS 13 upgrade, and as OnePlus begins its development for the duo, it's looking for Closed Beta Testers who can help the brand improve everyone's software experience on the two smartphones by testing OxygenOS 13's beta builds.
OnePlus is recruiting Closed Beta Testers for the 8 and 8 Pro from India willing to flash beta builds to their devices when required and communicate regularly with OnePlus to report issues and provide suggestions.
OnePlus 8 ProThere are 200 slots available for the Closed Beta Test in India, and OnePlus says it will have rewards for the users with excellent performance. However, the company doesn't tell us what those rewards will be.
There's still time until the release of OxygenOS 13's stable version for the 8 and 8 Pro, and if you can't wait for it, you can participate in the Closed Beta Test program. But remember that the beta build may contain bugs that can hamper the user experience, so it's best avoided on primary devices. If you still want to proceed, you can head to the source link below for more details.

Would love to try it but live in an area where there's no mobile network. Android 12 killed OnePlus ability to activate WiFi calling. I had to revert to Android 11 and I'm not going through that process ever again.

Even Nord series are getting more diluted with models like Nord N200 and CE 2 Lite. Not long before Oneplus introduce another lineup.
