Just bought this phone this afternoon with T-Mobile, except the need to adjust on Android 11 the phone is pretty decent. I think it will take me a few days to have a definitive opinion.

More I read about this phone the more it sounds like a disappointment and total failure.

It doesn't support mmwave 5G bands. You can see on T-Mobile's website what 5G bands it supports and there are no mmwave ones.

Though I'm interested to hear if TMobile version is dual or single sim (I'm not sure if specs info on gsmarena are correct) . It doesn't say anything on T-Mobile's website , however in the past all T-Mobile's versions of OnePlus phone had single sim (while unlocked versions from OnePlus were dual).

Your analogy are getting confusing lmao, also, I never said they are inherently the same device?? like your comparison (which is terrible) you brought up S20 and S20 ultra. Are they the same device? No. But the S20 ultra is a bigger variant/version of the same S20 "generation/series". However between s20 and the ultra, there is a clearer difference between the two. Are the 8 and 8T the same device? No its not, they are different models of the same generation. However, for 8 and 8T, the differences are small in terms of spec.
