OnePlus 9, 9 Pro to ship with 4,500 mAh batteries and in-box chargers
Late last month, a reliable tipster suggested the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will pack 4,500 mAh batteries. Now, tipster Max Jambor has corroborated that bit while claiming that both smartphones will come with in-box chargers.
Jambor didn't tell how fast the bundled adapters will be, but an image posted by him on Twitter revealing the battery capacity says we are looking at dual-cell batteries on both phones.
Previous leaks and rumors have claimed that OnePlus 9 Pro will charge at up to 65W. We also expect the vanilla 9 to go that fast, but it's unclear if the Lite variant will share the charging speed or be slower to top up.
The OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro are rumored to have a Snapdragon 888 SoC at the helm and feature 120Hz screens. However, the vanilla 9 will reportedly pack a 6.55" FullHD+ panel, while the Pro model will sport a 6.78" QHD+ curved display.
We've also heard rumors about the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro supporting wireless charging. The Pro variant will go all the way up to 45W, but the charging speed of the regular 9 remains unknown.
Recently leaked hands-on images of the OnePlus 9 Pro also revealed the smartphone will sport quad rear cameras developed in partnership with Hasselblad.
