There's nothing here enough to make this worthy of the 'Pro' naming. There's barely any difference between it and the regular Ace 2. What, just a very slightly better chipset, more RAM and faster charging, but same disappointing camera setup make this more Pro over the Ace 2? OnePlus isn't taking the Ace series seriously

Get the max 24gb 1tb, dump it after 4 or 5 years , come back and look for new fon.

This phone is an offense to Oneplus consumers, although it is a great phone, they leave it without updates and without a future, since it is between the line of OnePlus 11, Ace 3/12R and Oneplus 12. I hope OnePlus/Oppo Don't abandon this great phone.

Anyone has news about this phone? Does it support ota updates if bought via aliexpress? Any ideas how trustworthy is to go there? Also gsmarena lists 380 euro that i don't see anywhere where is that price? Thanks

Very similar, but from what I read in specs the 12R has a bit stronger rear camera setup (50MP / 32MP / 8MP).
Also the 12R has brighter screen with ever so slightly higher res, also 500mAH more battery power but 50W slower charging and doesn't have WiFi 7.
I gather the 12R needs the extra battery oomph with the 4500 nits (peak)...lol
The AP2 Screen peak brightnes of 1600 nits, 12R starts at 1600 nits...lol

well am here to report ,there is no regional lock no connection issue (also bought this one from AliExpress) no random Chinese apps or words HOWEVER the power button keeps activating Google assistant i went to the settings and apparently there is an option for when you press the power button to either have the regular power menu or activate Google assistant (why would that even be an option???) but the power menu option was already checked i selected the Google assistant then the power menu option again and now it get both when i press the power button its a small but extremely stupid

Will this phone work in USA for tmobile , I remember i got the Ace 1 from giztop a while back and that worked just trying to see if the news ones are region locked
