I've been using ACE 5 for 10 days, it's great from the design to the software inside. I confirm that all aspects of Ace 5 are very good, it is difficult to find criticism points. Even called a gaming phone, for my basic photography needs, the IMX906 sensor is a bit redundant.

I imagine if i had this device, by depending on the colorOS. I will use ADB tools to fully remove all chinses bloatware such as gallery etc, and replacing it with Google ecosystem. But be sure to not remove necessary colorOS such as features from the setting etc. Just focus on the app removal. Which also greatly will improve ram management

johnwilson, 20 Jan 2025That's quite sad. Can it record games at 120 fps?Yes it can. For gaming it feels really good. Below the pro, but the phone is made for gaming purpose. I play Chinese COD mobile mostly and it feels super good. Looks like they have polished SoC, connectivity is good and stable throughout.

johnwilson, 17 Jan 2025Does it come with bypass charging?It doesn't. It has charging limit to 80%, standard to Samsung phones or pixels. Some people claim it as bypass, but not a true bypass feature. The pro version has proper feature.

I have bought ace 5 for t days. Everything is smooth, I have no complaints. But I cannot access the theme store or some of the AI features, as these requires an
chinese heytap account. Is there any way to bypass that? Is there any solution to that?
Otherwise everything is excellent.
