OnePlus and Oppo are both working on a small tablet with a flagship chipset
OnePlus is allegedly working on a small tablet with a flagship chipset, according to a new rumor from China's prolific Digital Chat Station.
He says we should expect this device to be powered by Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 SoC, which is due to be unveiled in September. The tablet itself is said to be launching in the first half of next year, alongside the OnePlus 15T, the 6.3" successor to the OnePlus 13T.

So it's still a long wait for this one. The same source implies Oppo will launch its own version of the exact same tablet, and that wouldn't be a surprise at all, as the two sister brands have done stuff like this a lot when it comes to tablets. The tablet, in both OnePlus and Oppo iterations, is expected to come with an 8.8-inch screen. We'll let you know when we find out more about it.

Exactly. Connect a keyboard to them and away you go. They're lighter and often cheaper than an equivalent laptop
