AizaXD, 05 Feb 2025Hey I know its quite late but you can install the OxygenOS ... moreI have installed the updater app and still no Oxygen OS 15 available.
I've had the Nord 3 for a few days now and i think i'm done with large phones. The ideal phone size i think is a Pixel 8/9 or a Xiaomi 14/15.
My questions are:
Is it worth upgrading to a Pixel 9 if I have a Pixel 8?
And is it worth waiting for the global release of the Xiaomi 15? Or get the 14 now whilst it's on the cheap?
I have never considered the new Galaxy S25 series as they remain very expensive to me. And updates have been incremental. I'm happy to be proven wrong.
S24 FE perhaps?

I've recently bought my first OnePlus in months...the Nord 3.
But, i noticed it's still stuck at Oxygen OS 14.0. I thought Oxygen OS 15 is now available for the device?
Also, I wanted to ask...can you use a Realme 65w charger to charge the Nord 3?

I returned my Nord 3 after 10 days - It got completely (and literally) outshone by Poco X6 pro at palying HDR videos and out in the sun. Honestly I dont think, coming from an Oppo Reno 6 5G, that the upgrade was worthwhile.

Gino76ph, 11 Oct 2024I'm seriously considering either a Nord 3 or a Poco F6... moreHere you also have the GSMArena offical reviews of both phones (where you can see the performance of the cameras):

Gino76ph, 11 Oct 2024I'm seriously considering either a Nord 3 or a Poco F6... moreIt seems that your main concern is the camera. Then the Nord 3 could be your choice:
Nord 3 - Sony IMX890
Poco F6 - Sony IMX882

I'm seriously considering either a Nord 3 or a Poco F6. But I wanted to know:
1. Who does it better in terms of more accurate skin tones - both main and selfies?
2. Who does it better in dynamic range - w/ less overblown background?
3. Who does it better in night shots - no overblown highlights?
4. Which ultrawide camera's colours and sharpness is more consistent with the main camera?
5. Which one has a more natural, laid-back, accurate processing of photos - not much contrast or over-sharpening?
6. Which one has a more stable, better audio when recording video?

May I know what is the very latest Oxygen OS version of the Nord 3 right now?
Has there been any new AI features or quality of life updates (to cameras, battery life or performance) that have been included in the past two updates these past few months?

I need your help. Thinking about the updates and optimizations, which one phone would appear better in terms of accurate colours (plants, skin tones, skies), consistent colours between the main and ultrawide lenses, much clearer stereo audio when recording video of any format and better low light: Poco F6, OnePlus Nord 3 or the Galaxy A54?

PlumpingMamam, 19 Sep 2024Worst phone I've owned out of every phone I have had, ... moreIt is not quite true what you are saying, The Nord 3 has a superb chipset, albeit old one, but it still shines. It just can't compete with the newer generation mid-range phones and against the new 7/8s gen 3 Snapdragons. The screen is not that bad but nothing to write home about. Battery is average, but not bad. Nord 3 is not a bad phone considering its price is now 350 USD - it is just not 2024/5 phone.

Worst phone I've owned out of every phone I have had, my 3 years old 8 plus is far superior than this crap. I purchased mine on August 6th 2023 but I have already gotten bored of it, crappy software, shitty battery (last less than 6hr SOT with Android 14), overheating, fps dropping while gaming, notifications + alarms missing ocassionally. I will never buy a chinese brand phone again. I miss Samsung and Apple

Very nice phone, but battery is a major issue where it drains the battery over night for 30-35% with 0 background applications. I've tried even with ultra batter saving mode for overnight and it just doesn't help. I think the 5k battery capacity is a lie or there is some issue with software battery drain. Does anyone feel the same?
