this phone is really amazing i dropped this from 3rd floor of the building and bumped in to the gate railings and it does not broke. i also drop this in a water but still its alive i am using this phone 4years already and has no issue still. recommending this to every one specially to those who has children. its really great to have this phone.

It has been over 3 years since I have bought this phone. Still using it to this day, haven't had a problem with it. AND it aged well, because it still goes hard in performance, when comparing to other midrange phones.

I purchased the Nord from it's inception. I was not in the position to purchase a flagship phone but wanted to buy a top line mid range mobile phone. To this end I researched just about any and everything that could be of use to me. To the point I almost lost sight of what I wanted so pre-purchased the OnePlus Nord. I had not had a OnePlus before but liked Carl Pei's enthusiasm and what I hoped was forward thinking. Basically I wanted a phone I could trust that would give me 5G in the UK.
The day of the augmented launch arrived. I had my package from OnePlus and happily opened each box. Even better when I realised OnePlus had seen fit to give me a free set of OnePlus Buds in the same lurid green as my new phone!!. All continued well, the phone worked well, better than any I'd had before, the buds were marvellous, I still use them as my principal set of wireless buds whenever I'm not using my headphones. I still use the Nord and it has served me well in all but the ONE REASON i had researched and even written to OnePlus prior to launch.
Not to go on about it but I have a serious illness so I just wanted to find out what 5G was like, I'm still waiting to find out what 5G will be like. I downloaded all necessary updates, wrote umpteen messages to Community, Customer Support etc. In the end I gave up. I've enjoyed my years with it as a 4G phone lol.

This phone is the shit after 3 years still charges fast, still lasts full day. It's better than most mid range phones of today.

Tehtarik, 16 Apr 2023Im still using this phone i love it no issues still strong ... moreDon't upgrade to OS12, it's fine & smooth to use OS11, i rolled back to OS11 from OS12, many problems I have faced with OS12.
Only one thing missing with OS11 is 5G connectivity.

I've had this phone for about a year, it got submerged in water and I needed to get it replaced (same phone received).
SEVERAL problems already seen after getting my phone replaced, all being the issues I had with my prior phone.
The settings either changed by themselves or would not saved to what I changed them to, which btw I ended up losing pictures and information from my last phone because the settings didn't stick!
I'll open up photos, and it won't load... PHOTOS. Game apps, Chrome, etc. I understand they sometimes don't work but photos!?! I opened up Facebook and it opened just find.
I've had to restart my phone multiple times because the keyboard would get stuck on my screen even after turning off the screen and turning it back on. I'll open up other apps, click the home button and it won't go away I actually have to restart it.
How is it that I'm having the same issues with a new phone? At first I thought maybe it was an issue with the physical phone itself, but I didn't add anything but photos and Facebook and boom.. same issues so starting to thing it's the system or brand of phone.
The brightness on the phone changes randomly, I'll be in the same room, same spot, haven't moved and the brightness goes down as if I haven't touched my screen in a while.
My screen will randomly go black. Volume button won't work at times. I'll hit the power button to turn off my screen and it'll spaz out turning on and off, I pressed it once just to turn the screen off.. the button isn't stuck or anything so wtf?
I'll take pictures and it's been taking forever just to snap the picture OR it won't even save the first picture I took!
This phone sucks! Only reason I got it was because it was an "upgrade" option, I wish I never took it because my old phone (the one before the one that got submerged) was actually better than this crap.
I've had people say it may need an update, no. After each update it just gets worse, like what are you adding to these "updates" to make the phones work even worse than before?! This is ridiculous.

android 11.. i dont want to update the latest version im afraid get any problem like bug or smthing.. but 1 thing thats weird.. main cam cant record 4k 60fps only 30 fps.. while selfie cam can record to 4k 60fps🤔🤔..
