OnePlus Nord CE4 runs Geekbench ahead of April 1 unveiling

OnePlus is launching the Nord CE4 in India on April 1. The phone will be sporting the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, and if you were wondering what kind of performance to expect from it, you're in luck - a Nord CE4 prototype just ran Geekbench 6, and is thus now listed in the benchmark's online database.

This reveals a single-core score of 1,135 and a multi-core score of 3,037. We also get confirmation that the handset is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. It has 8GB of RAM and runs Android 14.

Compared to the upcoming Motorola Edge 50 Pro which also ran Geekbench recently and uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 as well, the OnePlus Nord CE4 managed a better single-core score and a worse multi-core score, but the differences are minute, as you'd expect from two handsets with the same chipset.

The OnePlus Nord CE4 will be available in Dark Chrome and Celadon Marble. It will have only one RAM amount, 8GB, and "up to" 256GB of storage (so probably 128GB and 256GB). It will also be the fastest charging Nord ever, possibly matching the 100W wired charging of the flagship OnePlus 12 and 'flagship killer' OnePlus 12R.

All I hear are crickets, lol.

embarassing performance, MC wise it's worse than the dimensity 1200 in the Nord 2.
