I FEEL SO RIPPED OFF ON MY NORD CE AFTER MY 5T WAS SO GOOD
Where do I start listing my issues with this pile of junk?
1) 5g keeps switching to 4g. Even then it's slow and laggy, often freezing so I have to reboot.
2) Constantly overheating and I have to hold it in front of my car air con to get it to work at all.
Help page one oneplus site as advised me not to use it while charging not to use it took for too long and generally not to use it to let in cool down.
3) battery only stays charged above 20% for a few hours even if I leave it on all night charging.
4) walking to the sunlight to find the phone dime brightness completely and i can't see anything. I only managed to turn it up at all because I remember where the buttons were to up the brightness.
5) there is no indicator that your phone is on charge or if you have notification the old one had a different colour for whatever was it was trying to tell you.
6) there is no separate silent / airplane switch that there was the 5T.
7) everytime it switches off 5G I have to go to the dial screen enter star hash star hash 36-46 hash star hash star it sure it uses the correct network configuration.
It then works on 5G for a short while before deciding it doesn't like it and goes back to 4G.
ILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE PLUS PHONE.
THEYVE LOST ME AS A COSTUMER AND I HOPE OTHERS READING THIS REVIEW DONT BUY ONE EITHER

I have used OnePlus One, still in proper wrkn condition, OnePlus 3 & 7. After all these flagships, Nord CE 2 feels and looks like a big shit. Performance is shitty compared to others. General ux is good, when browsing it's ok. When gaming it bit nasty and inconsistent. But can play for longer periods continuously, minimal heating and battery drains. All my phones always gave very good battery life. Asphalt or Pubg or CODM, no problem no issues. Thou photography or sound is a shitty affair, as told earlier. For that I have Apple and Samsung, this phone was just for pure gaming for me.
P.S. I have played or been playing in a higher settings

Very bad phone I used it for two months then it is not charging now takes 8 hours to get to 100% after previously taking 25 minutes. Horrible just a waste of money honestly.

Great midranger device, missed opportunity for stereo speakers though so this phone could have been even better!
Just spend the extra £70 and buy a OnePlus Nord 2T. Or spend less and buy a Poco F3, it's way more powerful!

Great value for money. Phone is compact and lightweight, easy to hold. Performance is snappy, simple and easy to use Oxygen OS. Great image quality from camera. All essentials are covered (headphone jack, dual sim and dedicated microsd card slot). 90Hz Amoled display is more than enough. Single speaker is loud enough to compete with dual speaker phones. Overall, a great all-rounder phone.
